About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Developer and Automation Expert to build, maintain, and automate internal tools, workflows, and integrations. You'll work across our systems to eliminate manual work, connect our tools together, and build reliable software that keeps the team moving fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts, tools, and internal applications
- Build and manage integrations between internal systems, APIs, and third-party platforms
- Identify manual, repetitive processes and automate them to improve efficiency
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
- Debug and resolve issues across existing tools and workflows in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation needs and deliver practical solutions
- Monitor automated systems for reliability and proactively fix failures
- Maintain basic documentation for tools and workflows you build
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in software development, with a focus on automation or backend work
- Strong proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/Node.js)
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic CI/CD concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects
Nice to Have
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make)
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
- Experience with chatbot or AI-tool integrations
